Using Tasks & Reminders
Three alert types are computed automatically from your own connected shop's real data: listings whose stock has dropped below a threshold you set (10 units by default — this applies to both physical and digital listings, since a digital listing's quantity can genuinely run low too), orders whose expected ship-by date is today, and listings about to auto-renew within a warning window you set (3 days by default). Each one reads a real Etsy field directly — nothing here is estimated.
Alongside those, you can add your own free-form tasks: a title, an optional description, an optional due date and time, and a priority (Low/Medium/High). These work even if you haven't connected an Etsy shop yet — they're your own notes, not derived from anything. A task past its due date and not yet checked off is marked "Overdue."
The sidebar badge shows your total active count (alerts plus tasks due), and updates within seconds of completing a task or changing a threshold, without needing a page refresh.
An optional sound can play when a new alert appears — turn it on in this page's Alert settings panel; it's off by default.
