Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: August 28, 2026
How cancellations work, when you can get your money back, and how to ask for a refund.
1. Who handles your payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle processes your payment, charges any applicable sales tax or VAT, issues your invoice, and handles refunds and chargebacks on our behalf.
This policy sits alongside Paddle's own refund policy. Where this policy offers you more than Paddle's standard terms, this policy applies.
2. Free trial
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged at all — there is nothing to refund, because no payment is taken until the trial finishes.
3. Refund window
If you change your mind after being charged, you can request a full refund within 14 days of that charge. You don't need to give a reason.
This applies to your first payment on a new subscription and to each renewal payment, so an unnoticed renewal is refundable on the same terms as an initial purchase.
4. How to request a refund
- Go to paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout. Paddle handles refunds directly as the Merchant of Record, so this is the fastest route.
- Or email us at support@atlasgrowth.app and we'll raise it with Paddle for you.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Once approved, the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
5. Cancelling your subscription
- You can cancel at any time from Settings > Billing. No notice period, and you don't need to contact us first.
- Cancelling stops future renewals. Your access stays active through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, rather than ending immediately.
- Because you keep that access, cancelling part-way through a period does not by itself trigger a pro-rata refund of the unused days. If you want your money back instead of the remaining access, use the 14-day refund window above.
6. Billing problems
If you have been charged incorrectly, charged twice, or charged after cancelling, contact us at support@atlasgrowth.app or Paddle at paddle.net. Billing errors are corrected regardless of the 14-day window — that window is for changing your mind, not for mistakes.
7. Related terms
See our Terms of Service for the agreement governing your use of Atlas, and our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data. Customers in Türkiye should also see the Distance Sales Agreement, which sets out statutory withdrawal rights that apply in addition to this policy.
