Using Stale-Listing Detector

Every active listing gets one of three levels based only on how many views it's gained in the last 7 days: 0 views is Suppressed, 1-4 is At Risk, 5 or more is Healthy. Each listing also shows its recent favorites and its last real sale date from your own order history.

Click a summary card (Healthy, At Risk, or Suppressed) to filter the list to just that level. The full list is paginated, since a shop can easily have hundreds of listings.

This is deliberately simpler than Root Cause Radar: there's no week-over-week percentage, no cross-reference with what you changed on a listing, and no root-cause analysis of which field caused anything — just a plain engagement level. For a suppressed or at-risk listing, the general suggestion is the same one every time: consider a substantial update (new photos, a rewritten title, a price change), since Etsy only retests a listing's placement after a substantial edit, not small tweaks.
