Review & Shipping Tracker: the trackable part of Star Seller
Etsy's Star Seller badge is judged on 4 real criteria over a trailing 3 months: at least 5 orders and $300 in sales, 95%+ on-time shipping, a 4.8+ average rating, and a 95%+ message response rate. This page tracks the first three and states outright that it can't see the fourth at all.
Orders & sales is computed exactly from your own receipts, the same real data your Dashboard's orders/revenue stat reads — no approximation there. On-time shipping is Atlas's own estimate, built from Etsy's own expected ship-by date compared with when you actually marked an order shipped; it's labeled an estimate everywhere it appears because Etsy lets a seller extend a ship-by date once before it passes, and Atlas can't independently confirm Etsy's internal system accounts for that the same way.
Average review rating is real, live data pulled directly from Etsy's own public reviews for your shop — including a calculator showing exactly how many more 5-star reviews it would take to reach Etsy's 4.8 threshold.
Message response rate isn't shown anywhere on this page, in any approximated form. Etsy's API has no messaging or conversation endpoint at all for third-party apps — there's a direct link on the page to your real Etsy Star Seller dashboard for that one number.
The Message Templates tab is a separate, related feature: a copy-paste library of buyer message templates (shipping delays, returns, thank-yous, and more), with a starter set plus your own fully editable templates. Fill in placeholders like {buyer_name} and hit Copy, then paste into Etsy's own messages yourself — nothing sends automatically, and nothing here reads your real conversations, since Etsy's API doesn't expose them at all.
The Shipment Tracking tab is another separate, related feature: a cleaner view of the carrier and tracking number Etsy already has on file for your shipped orders, with a link straight to the carrier's own tracking site. "Shipped" and "Delivered" are both real: Etsy has no delivered field on the order itself, but its receipts endpoint has a real, documented was_delivered filter, so Delivered reflects Etsy's own confirmation rather than an estimate based on typical shipping time. "Delayed" reuses the same expected-ship-date-has-passed logic as On-Time Shipping above; it's Etsy's own deadline, not a carrier-reported delay.
