Using Intelligence Hub
Intelligence Hub combines real findings from Shop Health Radar (listings renewing without ever selling) and Root Cause Radar (listings whose views are slowing down) into a single ranked priority feed, alongside a daily brief, renewal timeline and distribution charts, and a summary card per module.
Nothing here is a new signal invented for this page specifically — every item traces back to the module that actually found it, so opening the linked module shows you the same finding with full context.
Because it depends on those other modules having enough data, a newly connected shop may see this page mostly empty at first — it fills in as your listings and orders sync and as Root Cause Radar builds up enough week-over-week history (see "Using Root Cause Radar").
Alongside the overview there's a Renewal Costs tab. It totals the renewal fees actually charged to your shop — read from your own fee records, not estimated from a $0.20 multiplication — and you can group them by month, quarter, or year. Amounts are shown in your own billing currency, which is also why individual renewals don't all come to the same number: Etsy converts the fee from USD at the rate on the day it's charged.
Underneath the total is a "Renewing without a sale" list: active listings that have auto-renewed at least once without ever selling. It's the same list Shop Health Radar shows, deliberately, so the two can never disagree. If Atlas hasn't been recording your renewal fees long enough to cover the range you picked, it says so and shows only the period it genuinely has, rather than filling the gap with an estimate. Intelligence Hub, including this tab, is available on the Growth plan.
