Understanding your dashboard

Your dashboard shows views, orders, revenue, and shop health for the Etsy shop you've connected — all of it read directly from your own listings and receipts, not estimated or modeled.

It only appears once a shop is connected; before that, you'll see a prompt to connect one instead of a dashboard with nothing real to show. If you've connected a shop but the numbers look incomplete, check Settings → Shop Connection — a first-time sync can take a few hours to finish pulling in your full listing and order history.

Everything else in Atlas — Root Cause Radar, True Profit Compass, Opportunity Center, and the rest — reads from the same underlying data your dashboard does, so once your dashboard looks right, the other modules generally do too.
