Creating your account and connecting your first shop
You can create an Atlas account with an email and password, or with Google — both land you in the same place. If you sign up with email, you'll get a confirmation email first; if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, the sign-up page has a link to resend it.
Once you're signed in, the setup checklist on your dashboard walks you through what's left: choosing a plan, connecting your Etsy shop, and bringing your listings and orders across. Nothing on the checklist is required to see it — it just tracks what your account still needs.
Connecting your shop uses Etsy's own sign-in page, not a form on Atlas. Clicking "Connect Etsy" sends you to etsy.com, where you approve access on Etsy's own screen, then land back in your Atlas dashboard automatically — Atlas never sees or stores your Etsy password.
After connecting, your listings and orders sync on their own within a few hours, or you can start the sync immediately from Settings → Shop Connection. Until that first sync finishes, your dashboard has nothing of yours to show yet, so most modules stay empty rather than showing placeholder numbers.
